Great blog. So many people truly believe that their outer appearance represents who they truly are. Not! You have to love yourself in order to feel that awesome confidence. Another thing we do is judge other's on their shapes- we are not all built the same there for what looks great for another may not look good for you. But that doesn't mean you don't look great too.
